The journey of Shree Kamdhenu Herbal Health Care has its origins in India’s long-standing traditions of Ayurveda, spiritual discipline, and service to the society.

In the historic city of Ujjain, a region known for its cultural and spiritual heritage, lies the cave traditionally associated with Raja Bharthari, the brother of Raja Vikramaditya. For a very long time, people have considered this place to be one where individuals come to reflect deeply, practice self-discipline, and focus on spiritual or inner growth. And this place played an important role in shaping the core thinking and philosophy behind Shree Kamdhenu Herbal Health Care

Guru Ji Vaid Shri Pandit Poonam Chandra Sharma, who is the founder of Shree Kamdhenu Herbal Health Care, devoted his twelve years to disciplined tapasya at this site. And even today, he regularly visits that place to stay connected with the spiritual values and guiding beliefs that shape his work. Guru Ji is known for his calm nature, with his work guided by a sense of responsibility and service.

Established in 1990, Shree Kamdhenu Herbal Health Care has been serving society for 35 years, guided by classical Ayurvedic principles. Since the very beginning, the organisation has focused more on working carefully, following discipline, and preserving traditional practices.

Under the guidance of Guru Ji, ongoing efforts focus on the study of traditional Ayurvedic knowledge and classical references to Gomutra.

He is leading sustained efforts to study and revive aspects of traditional Ayurvedic knowledge that had received limited attention over time. Through continued study within the Ayurvedic tradition, he has contributed to a renewed understanding of Gomutra as described in classical Ayurvedic literature.

The establishment of the Jai Shri Mahakal Kamdhenu Herbal Anusandhan Kendra, which functions as the organisation’s research centre, marked the formal beginning of this work. Focused on traditional Ayurvedic study, it later evolved into Kamdhenu Herbal Health Care, while maintaining continuity with its founding intent.

And today, Kamdhenu Herbals continues its work under Guru Ji’s guidance, rooted in traditional knowledge and responsible practice. The organisation remains committed to preserving Ayurvedic wisdom.
