Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking

The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

The order is lost in transit and confirmed by our courier partner
Due to the nature of herbal and healthcare products, we do not accept refunds for:

Used or opened products

Products returned due to change of mind

Dissatisfaction with results or effectiveness

Incorrect product selection by the customer
Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Include your order ID, reason for refund, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approval & Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving customer details.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
