At Kamdhenu Herbal Healthcare, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking

  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed by our courier partner

Due to the nature of herbal and healthcare products, we do not accept refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products returned due to change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with results or effectiveness

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@kamdhenuherbalhealthcare.com

  2. Include your order ID, reason for refund, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Approval & Refund Method

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving customer details.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
